REVUE
Our ultimate dream of a musical production came true in 2002 when we produced "Revue 2002"!
4 Revues and 4 cds later, we can candidly and proudly say that we achieved our initial mission and vision. We have successfully created a Revue Culture that has become synonymous with Knysna Primary School!
With Mrs. Elmaré Becker as producer and choreographer, Mrs. Carla Janse van Rensburg as assistant producer/choreographer, Mrs. Laticha van Wageningen as music director and ± 150 children - selectively chosen, we have an elite team involved in the Revue.
Revue: a partnership between learners, parents and staff that is blessed by our Creator. What a privilege!
The Revue reflected the character and essence of Knysna Primary. Learners and staff work hard together to achieve success in any task they take on. This in itself allows the learners the opportunity to discover themselves and teaches them to be independent and confident. The revue forms part of the balanced development that every child at Knysna Primary enjoys, with enjoyment as the keyword. The hard work is compensated with excellent productions of outstanding quality and educational value to each learner that participates.

4 Revue's en 4 CD's later kan ons vandag met groot vrymoedigheid én trots sê dat ons in ons aanvanklike missie en visie geslaag het, nl om 'n Revue-kultuur by Laerskool Knysna te skep!
Met Mev. Elmaré Becker as regisseur en choreograaf, Mev. Carla Janse van Rensburg as assistant regisseur en choreograaf, Mev. Laticha van Wageningen as musiekdirekteur én ± 150 kinders - wat met "twee vingers" uitgesoek is, vorm ons deel van dié elite-groep.
Revue weerspieël die karakter en wese van Laerskool Knysna. Leerders en personeel werk hard saam om 'n sukses van enige taak te maak en daardeur leerders die geleentheid te gee om hulself te ontdek en tot selfstandigheid te groei. Die Revue vorm deel van die gebalanseerde ontwikkeling wat elke kind by Laerskool Knysna geniet, met genot as die sleutelwoord. Harde werk, wat groot opvoedkundige waarde het, word met produksies van gehalte beloon.
Revue: 'n Vennootskap tussen leerders, ouers en personeel word deur die Hand van ons Skepper geseën. Wat 'n voorreg!
